Announcements for the Week of January 14 to 21 2011

 **WELCOME**

We hope that you are getting settled in your new environment and enjoying your transition to Huntsville. We know how hard you have worked to be at UAHuntsville and we commend you on the journey! We would love to hear how things are going so if you have time, come by and say hello.

Remember you do not need an appointment to see an international student advisor if you come to the office during our walk-in advising hours.   Walk-in schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00am-12:00pm (noon) Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1:30-4:00pm

University closed on Monday January 17 2011 for Martin Luther King Jr., Day
Classes will not be held on Monday and all offices (including the ISSO) will be closed as well.  The University will reopen Tuesday January 18, 2011 and International Student Advisors will be available to meet with students during walk-in advising hours.

Add/Drop Deadline
The deadline to add and drop classes is Wednesday January 19.  Please REMEMBER that all undergraduate students must be enrolled in 12 credit hours and graduate students in 9 credit hours to maintain student status.

Change of Address
Please remember to complete a change of address form if you move and have a new living address by filling out this form
 in Charger Central.  It is imperative to keep an updated address at all times. <http://chargercentral.uah.edu/docs/changeAddress.pdf
